Review with accessibility concerns addressed

The park is essentially three paths that go around Antrim lake. The outer path is paved and used mostly by bicyclists. I’ve never followed the path so I can’t say much about it

The main path is 1.2 miles and composed of tiny, gritty pebbles. The path is used mostly by walkers, joggers, dog walkers & people pushing strollers. The path is surprisingly flat and strollers seem to cross over it well. So while I think this ground is wheels accessible, I will say that the tiny pebbles are easy to slip on. Since the path is a loop around Antrim lake, you must walk the whole thing or turn around. There are many benches along this path for sitting.

The third path is sort of hidden and in the woods. This path is much less used by people, however there are runners and bicyclists using it. It is not wheels accessible.

The park is accessed by walking underneath the freeway, which is incredibly loud. It would likely be hard on someone who is pained by loud noises. Once you get on the path in the park, the sound lessens.

I usually see at least one unleashed dog each time I go, but it’s not as bad as some of the local parks.

There typically are not restrooms, although I noticed last time I went (July) that there were 2 porta potties. Neither appeared to be accessible for wheelchair users.

Overall this is one of my favorite places to walk my dog. I’ve included pictures of the ground on the main trail in case it’s...

Prefect place to take a little stroll around the lake any time of the day. There are many other things to do here but the lake is definitely the crown jewel.

There is a gravel path that surrounds and us military folks love to take running test or train. It has nice variations of inclines and declines. The park is linked by a paved trail to all the other parks lining the Scioto River. I normally start my bike ride to downtown from here since parking is ample.

The park is well maintained, lots of benches for people/ nature watching. Views are spectacular during the fall! They have multiple sports fields and it’s feels like a pretty pet friendly park. They have portable toilets in the parking area as well. The only issue is the expressway can be a bit annoying at rush hour.

Overall a nice place for a walk, run, dog walking, exercise, sightseeing, relaxing or just enjoying the weather in a...

Antrim Park Shelterhouse is a large and sunny event space that was perfect for a wedding rehearsal dinner I hosted there in September.

The staff at Columbus Parks (expecially Janine Foster) were exceedingly helpful and responsive. The room accommodates up to 80 people but my party of about 35 did not feel "dwarfed" by the size.

The bathrooms are clean, the kitchen sizeable enough for the caterers (Mise 33 LLC, provided excellent food and service!) The park keeps an attendant on the premises to help with any questions or maintenance issues. We had none but it was nice to have her on hand.

Two things were not available that would have been appreciated, lights that dim, or at least allow for only partial illumination, as it is all lights are either ON or OFF, and a sound/speaker system. These would be minor tweaks. I highly recommend this...
