Merrill Park — Attraction in Concord

Of all the Concord Pools, this is by far the nicest, and what I would consider perfect for families and the disabled.

For people with disabilities, this is a great pool. They have a ramp entry at the shallow end for those with some mobility. If you are chair bound, they have a special hoist. Transfer to the chair in the hoist, and they can then lower you into the pool.

There are two baseball fields which turn into soccer fields into the fall.

A small basketball court, 3 or 4 tennis courts, which are lit for nighttime play.

Park was nice . The basketball and tennis area were in good condition. Disappointed in the pool the change they made I do not like. They made it as a slop grade right to the 4"area.
