The Bearded Barkeep — Restaurant in Concord

I wanted to give a huge shout out and thank you to The Bearded Barkeep and his crew (Mike) for their awesome job at our wedding. Jon was great to work with, he was responsive and organized from the start. You can tell this isn't the first time he's done this. Jon is very knowledgeable and professional about his business, he listened to our (my lovely wife's) needs and had all the right suggestions. At the start of the reception our group of 150ppl hit them all at once and they handled it incredibly well. Jon suggested a few speciality cocktails and they were a hit. My father in law is a picky Manhattan drinker (who drinks Manhattans at a wedding) but Jon and his crew blew him away with their perfect Manhattans (Jon has a Manhattan tattooed on his arm, that should tell you something) . We really can't say enough about Jon and his other bartender Mike (very popular with the single ladies) between the two they kept the beverages flowing. I would highly recommend Jon and his team at The Bearded Barkeep for any wedding or event you are hosting. The Bearded Barkeep provided everything we needed for our bar service (expect the alcohol) so it made our day so easy. Jon was so easy to work with during the months leading up and he and his staff killed it the day of. We would highly recommend The Bearded Barkeep for any event you need bar services. I just wanted to share our amazing experience with The Bearded Barkeep for our backyard wedding on October 11, 2025. From our very first email, Jonathan, the owner, was incredibly attentive and always responded super fast, which made us feel very confident in our choice. He was genuinely excited to discuss our big day and patiently answered all my endless questions! When the wedding day finally arrived, I didn’t have a single worry about the bar service because Jonathan and I had discussed everything in detail, and I knew we were in great hands.

On the wedding day, we had the immense pleasure of working with Kevin and Jess. They were not only fun and exciting but also incredibly kind and made some killer drinks! They blended in so well with our crowd that it felt like they were part of the family. We received countless compliments from our guests about how fantastic their service was!

Even though Kevin, Jess, and Jonathan didn’t know my husband and me personally, they were so excited for us and our new journey as a married couple. We wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone and are already looking forward to our next event just so we can book them again!

I first met Jon when he was bartending at a bridal shower as the venue required us to have a bartender for this event. He was very reasonably priced and flexible and was a great addition to our event. From there, we have used Jon and Meg for two annual Halloween parties at our house. Jon and Meg take care of everything. First, they show up with a great set up which allows your partygoers to feel as if they are standing at a true bar when they place their order. They take care of all the little bar supplies you may not think of. We usually put together a drink menu and Jon and Meg are happy to accommodate our requests. They also supply mixers which allow our guests a larger variety. Additionally, Meg and Jon are great to hang out with! They are very personable and fun and our guests often comment about this during and after our event. I highly recommend the Bearded Barkeep...
