I recently took my laptop in to Advanced Computer Repair and was so very happy with the service! Cody and Candice gave my computer quick attention and had it back in my hands in top shape impresively quickly! They were friendly, explained the issues to me in an easy-to-understand way, gave me options on ways to approach the fix and price comparisons, and they gave me suggestions for future probabilities to keep an eye out for. My laptop froze up and I really needed to get some work done with it. I called several other places before Advanced. It was all no-answers or, a week out to repair. Cody with Advanced said he could get to it same day. After a few hours he had everything back to as good as new. This was a lifesaver. Thanks again Cody.

I was having issues with my laptop running really slowly. My work depends on it, so I was really counting on Advanced Computer Repair to help. And they did! Candice was able to work on it quickly, and I saw a NOTICEABLE difference in how it runs. Candice was efficient, informative, and extremely knowledgeable. I'm so thankful that she was able to get my laptop running to speed again. I will always go to Advance Computer Repair in the future with any computer issues.

I have also referred two other individuals to Advanced Computer Repair. Candice was able to log in and fix their computer issues remotely, which was a fast and painless process. They were also thankful for the excellent service Candice provided.

Overall, they are knowledgeable in computer repair, and a trustworthy business. I will continue to send everyone...

Advanced Computer Repair is top-notch in every regard. They are courteous, honest, knowledgeable and efficient. Mike took my call on a Friday during the COVID-19 stay at home episode. While he volunteered to come into the shop to receive the computer over the weekend, I opted to wait. When I brought the computer in, Candice met me at curbside. Impressive! (The first shop I went to didn't even help with the door.) Candice listened attentively to the problem. She was honest and told me she would try her best to make the repairs but was making no promises. In the end she remedied the problem and importantly, took the time to explain the issues. I actually learned about computers, first time ever in a computer repair shop. Thank you...
