Typically I write Classics burgers Five stars and hands-down the best burger I’ve ever had in my life every time. This is coming from someone who travels on crew ships for work and has eaten Johnny Rockets and Guy Fieri burgers At least two dozen times in the past year. I even told the delivery driver that today. So when I opened my box and saw that there was no way I could pick up the chili burger without getting chili all over me, I figured no problem, I can eat it with a knife and fork this time. And then I tasted the fries in there was absolutely no flavor on them. I want to stress this is not typical at all for Classics burgers, but I was disappointed today. I spoke to the manager and let him know. He didn’t offer me a refund or anything like that and I didn’t ask. But I spent $16.08 a burger and fries that I deemed worthy of that price and I just don’t think I got my moneys worth this time.
This will not put me off of getting Classics burgers again. I have eaten at this restaurant for at least 15 years or more and have never experienced anything negative. I guess I can allow this to happen at least once in 15 years 😜
Classix still the go to place that I send people to who are looking for a great meal. When I come back from being off to see for 15 days, I’m sure will hit them up again and hopefully the burgers and fries that I am accustomed to eating will be stellar as it typically is.
Update: Jan 3, 2019 It’s 7:11 PM and I tried to order for delivery and was told that they took their last delivery of the night already even though the place closes at 8 PM. I told them I literally live half a mile away and I’m not feeling well, but they refused to deliver even though it would take them less than 10-min to get to my house & back to the restaurant. I’m disappointed, and the fact that they wouldn’t even consider the delivery to such a close place is frustrating.

Brought my husband back the next day because I enjoyed it so much. We are from Louisiana and let me tell you as soon as the brown haired tattooed girl saw the clock strike 2:45 she started telling customers walking in the door after a ball game that they were closed. She said "I'm over it" at least a dozen times in a 10 minute span. I was raised that you lock the doors when customers aren't coming in. That girl lost you the $100 coming in the door, more people afterward and our business too. Nevermind the high prices, we didn't really care. But to turn away people and clean half your dining room before closing while customers are eating? Well, she needs to be told that the customers are the reason she gets a paycheck. Refusing customers can cause a business to go under. I'm sure the other tables that were in there felt the same.
