I can’t say enough about the professionalism of Robert the owner of Advanced sound and Image! I had a very small Audio issue and called on a Sunday thinking they would be open for business only to find they were closed. I didn’t leave a message and was going to call on Monday only to receive a call two minutes after hanging up, and Robert the owner called me enquired as to the nature of my call even though they were closed. I was so impressed with his response!! After discussing my issue with him he told me he could out the next around noon, and he called me to let me know he would be here at noon. The next thing I know he’s at my door!! My issue was a little complicated however, he is so smart and based on his Audio knowledge he solved my issue in a matter of minutes!! He’s an amazing businessman very willing to go the extra mile and I never felt rushed for him to go to another appointment. I see why his business reviews are so outstanding. I 100% recommend Robert and his team at Advanced Sound and Image for all of your hi-fi needs. I found this company by reading reviews from various local companies. I called and Robert was able to come by within 30 minutes to check out the speakers in our new home, and see what we needed to get sound going. I also asked his advice about a plasma we inherited that wasn’t turning on. He figured out the issue with the plasma, and offered us proposals of two different systems explaining the difference of each. He is incredibly professional. When his team installed the amps and sound bar, they were all very polite and professional as well. We ran into an issue with that same plasma not having the necessary input for the sound bar, and Robert offered to get us a comparable new tv for a very reasonable price. We decided to stick with the plasma and did a work around with the sound bar for now. We love our Sonos system, and we’re super impressed by how Robert handled the issue. We want to add an amp for outdoor pool sound, and will be sure to call Robert when we are ready...

These guys are simply incredible. I already had a surround sound system but never had it set up, and I knew I needed a big TV to go with it. I stopped in and spoke with Robert about TV sizes based on room size, quality of wall mounts to use, and how to go about getting the best possible setup for my movie room. Robert and his best wiring guy showed up the next day to properly evaluate my space and determine what their plan of action would be so they could give me the best estimate they could which already made me feel like a valued customer before we ever even agreed to anything!

I received the estimate on a Monday, I agreed to it on a Wednesday, and these guys were in my attic behind the walls on Friday! It was all too easy, the guys were pretty quick but very thorough, and I couldn't be happier. When they say they have a guy that can get a wire to anywhere, they mean it! They got me a great price on an 82" TV, had no issues with setting up and mounting my existing surround sound, and did it all for a great price. ...
