All I have to say…Stay Away From this Dealership…I bought a 2012 Aston Martin vantage S convertible…from another dealer in TX ….I believe around September 2014… couple months later…I took the car…to the Aston Martin in Tysons corner when it was still …. under warranty….the car stalls at stop lights (intermittent)….and also, the clutch will overheat, warning message appears when in heavy traffic and stop/go traffic….the service department could not duplicate either issues…I took the car back…and drove it for couple weeks…then I had the same problem…I took it back…again…to the dealership…well once again….they could not duplicate the issues… I took it for a third time…before the warranty expires…except this time…I filmed the overheating of the transmission….After few days…Eureka…they found it…it was some break sensor…that caused the car to stall and overheat…took the car…thinking it was fixed …did not drive the whole winter…came spring…I started driving the car…again…the same problems reoccurred again… took it…back to them…they had the car for a month and half…the changed another sensor and reprogramed the shifting…few months later…I took the car back for the same problem…another sensor was changed this time I had to pay…did not drive the car for a while…once I drove it again…the same problem reoccurred again…they kept the car for weeks…could not figure out what the problem was…for both issues…now they brought the big guns…the Aston Martin regional Service manager…oh mother….this dude was full of it…he gave me some BS story ….that it was the way I drove the car that caused it to overheat and stall…that was the biggest BS I have ever heard…nevertheless …I took the car did not drive for a while… then drove it for a while…less than a 1,000 miles the car did it again…brought it back and told them…if they don’t fix it this time I am suing them…3 weeks later…again Eureka…you need a new clutch…your car is about 15K….that is why it stalls and overheat….it is common that a clutch on these cars wears off… between 15-20K….10k to fix that…well I brought the car for 3 years to them…to fix it…and they kept giving me the round around….i said if that was the problem at the time …why did you make me change all the sensors…if the problem was the clutch…why give some BS stories….and made it sound that my driving was the cause of overheating…and stalling…I told they need to fix it on their dime…they talk to the big regional manager…my request was denied…after that…I took the car to couple places…that fixes Astons…both of them…told me that the overheating problem is normal thing with my car….that the Aston Martin Vantage S….. are not built to be driving in heavy traffic and stop/go traffic…it’s a flaw in the design of these cars...The overheating caused the wear and tear of the clutch…and now they want to make it sound….that it’s just wear and tear...well for over 3 years the car with a clutch that was in excellent condition caused these issues to occur and reoccur again…nothing can give me for certainty that fixing the clutch would solve my problem…I think that….this place needs to hire new technicians….they have no idea what they are doing…they are incompetent….it is a total rip off…a waste of time and money…even their service prices are higher than any Aston dealership on the east coast…believe me I called around…every time they quoted me something...seriously…don’t take your car there ever…there a bunch of Aston specialist around the area…that are…honest and competent….I cannot talk about the service managers…cause most of the people I dealt with… in the past left…it seems they have a new service manager every other week….anyway…I am taking legal action against this dealership…will let you where things end up…Stay away from these guys….the worst service you...

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Aston Martin of Washington, D.C., and I cannot emphasize enough how horrendous my encounter was. This dealership is a textbook example of how not to conduct business.
First and foremost, the level of dishonesty and deception I encountered here was staggering. I was promised a Bentley not once, not twice, but three times, only to have those promises shattered repeatedly. It's clear that their word means absolutely nothing.
The salesperson, Drew Logan, should take lessons in professionalism and consistency. Constantly changing the deal terms and communicating in an erratic manner left me feeling frustrated and cheated.
But the worst part came when the General Sales Manager, Mehdi, congratulated my buyer on the purchase, only to pull the rug out from under us at the last minute. This level of unprofessionalism and indecisiveness is inexcusable.
To make matters worse, despite wiring the full payment for the vehicle and providing all necessary documentation, they failed to follow through on the deal we had agreed upon. This is not just incompetence; it's a complete lack of integrity.
Perhaps most alarming of all are the accusations of racism within this dealership. If true, this is utterly unacceptable and should not be tolerated under any circumstances.
In summary, my experience with Aston Martin of Washington, D.C., was nothing short of a nightmare. This dealership is rife with dishonesty, unprofessionalism, and a shocking lack of integrity. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business here to run far, far away. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and disappointment. This dealership is a prime example of everything a reputable business...
Read moreThe staff was very polite and easy to work with. However, the condition of the car I received was a big disappointment. I was working the transaction from out of state. I knew the Aston Martin Vantage I was shopping had been in an accident so I expressed my concern that the bodywork was done well. I was told that the body work was perfect (exact word). I believed the sales person because it wouldn't makes sense for an Aston Martin having body work paid for by insurance (I verified) would receive low quality work and then be sold by a franchise Aston Martin dealer. What I received was what I would expect to see at a shady used car lot with a rebuilt title and 100k miles. My car has under 25k miles. As the car was pulled off the truck, even standing 25 ft away I spotted the bad body work, and it only got worse as I inspected up close. In addition parts on the interior that appear to just be simple dirt and wear just a little worse than the age and miles would warrant actually turned out to be more very low quality repair work that will require a much more extensive remedy than if it was done right the first time. At the time my third party inspector looked over the car it was very dirty which obscured many of these flaws. The dealerships only solution offered was to assist me in finding shops local to me to do repairs at my expense. I will be making this car right, but this will be the last time I purchase a...
