For the Pokemon Go players out there:
Bell Branch Dog Park contains 9 Pokestops and 3 Gyms in a fairly small area. 1 stop is inaccessible to non-dog owners as it’s in the very back of a fenced area, 1 stop is almost in the back of a baseball field, and 2 stops can be reached if you’re willing to walk through grass.
The other 5 stops and the 3 gyms can be reached from the path. It’s not a bad walk, though it’s back and forth from one end to the other rather than a relaxing loop. On the plus side, there are some nice trees along the main path, especially in the central part of the park near the playground/2 gyms.
Be warned that there seems to be portable toilets on site right up against the path and a large dumpster near one of the stops at the far end. I went on a slightly cooler day and while the smell wasn’t too bad, the dog area still smelled better. Because of the smell, this park wouldn’t be my first choice but it’s likely a good uncomplicated winter walk for gifts, eggs, and decent Pokemon.
Caught Jynx, Tangela, Snivy, Turtwig, Tepig, Phanpy, Rhyhorn, Treecko, Mantine, Slakoth, Foongus, and others. Nests and available Pokemon spawns change in the game, but this park had a pretty good variety that will hopefully continue...

They should put a sign in the front stating that the dog park is in the very back. Even though the dog park didn't have any equipment for the dogs to jump and play on they did have a huge open field for the dogs to run as much as they wanted. Also, I'm glad that split the field in to two, one for small dogs and one...

I've been to bigger parks in the past but this one is plenty large!
Only 4* because there are a lot of spots that could use some gardening, aka dirt instead of grass. And there was one lady there with a puppy that was being aggressive towards almost every other dog there, and she wouldn't take the hint and leave despite having to pull her dog off other dogs MULTIPLE times. And there's no one there...
