Super fun for little ones. Not sketchy at all as one reviewer said... I felt safe there, there were a few families there already when I arrived with my toddler on a weekday afternoon. One complaint is the black wall at the back of the water feature, it starts at 1ft high and grows to about 5ft high and the jets come out of it. The problem is that the short height at the corners is so tempting for the little kids to climb up and then they want to walk along the top of it, not safe. Have to really keep on top of them to stay off it. Would be nice if there was a fence or something so if someone did get up there unsupervised and lost their footing they would at least not fall over onto the concrete. Arlington County parks,...
Read moreGreat splash pad in the summer! Lots of fun sprayers and water features. The playground is decent, but it could offer more for kids of all ages. My kids love going between the splash pad and playground since they’re so close together. There are TONS of benches surround the entire park for adults to sit on - probably more than any other park in Arlington. I wish there was a bathroom and there is almost no shade and very limited parking, which are the reasons I give 4 stars. She was sitting inside the area and locked the doors with a hook. I asked her repetitively to open the doors and let me, she would just look at me and turn her head away !!!
