IAA Concord — Attraction in Concord

I usually do not write reviews about the Insurance actions but this time I felt I have to share my experience. I usually purchase vehicles from Charlotte Action on Starita Rd and I never have any issues or problems. So two months ago I purchase a car from this action. The vehicle pictures was horable and was not descriptive. The vehicle was Run and Drive and when I got it the battery was week and does not start. Somebody left the interior lights on. Here is the biggest problem with this car that the pictures show that there us wire cables and plugs on the passanger side but when the car arrived the whole right side of the harnes was cutt off and looks like somebody forcefully pull the cables aor just cut it so he/she can use it. Who would do that? If you show that there are cables and harness why somebody still it or cut it off? Very bad experience and I would nevery purchase from this action. I purchased before from Geico Insurance vehicle and I do not have this experience. So Please BE AWARE they still stuff...

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE UNLESS YOURE CONFIDENT ABOUT IT OR HAVE BEFORE!!! bought a car straight out, a bmw x5 online that said it runs and drives. when we got there we spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong with it and why it would not crank although online it said it ran. had to end up it towed for $150 luckily we spent live too far. got it home and got a mechanic in the family to look at it and said the car had the wrong battery in it!!! that the battery in the car didn’t even go with that car. we spent hrs trying to jump the battery and researching on youtube what could be wrong SMFH. never ever had this probably buying cars from iaai but this location clearly CANT BE TRUSTED!!!! & you get a...

Terrible service, they have their own rules and are in collusion with the tow truck in front of the branch, obviously the same owners, if you buy a vehicle and want to load it on your dolly, they force you to pay the tow truck, the parking lot says "visitor parking", for being on a call near that truck that was a real piece of junk, all rusted, the owner/worker comes out to yell at me and insult me, I still don't know why, I wasn't touching or leaning on that junk, avoid buying at this branch, very ordinary people, prefer the Charlotte branch 10/10 or Copart and avoid having a bad day with these people, who don't like doing their job and insult customers for...
