Nail Capital Salon — Attraction in Mableton

The people who work in this shop is so rude! I have been going to this place for quite some time. I have watched how they have treated many of their customers including myself with such disrespect.

I tried to work with them and I tried to bear with them basically because I really didn't have time to seek out another salon to get my nails and lashes done. But today was my final straw with this company. I came to get a pedicure 2 days ago. After getting my pedicure I got my lashes done. At that time I asked that my lashes be short with a medium flare on the end. However, that was not what I received. I had to ask the lady to redo one of my eyes because my face was not balanced. It was already bad enough that I could not get what I asked for.

I am a plus size model and actress. I have been going to this place prior to shows, auditions and filming. I generally try to leave an extra day in between when getting services done at this location because I often have to come back the next day to get something fixed. Well I didn't leave space in between this time.

The final results on this day is I have to get my eyelashes done in a manner in which I did not ask for but I accepted it because of my time frame. After leaving their shop, I went home to get my items ready for travels. Once my items were together I then went on to take a bath. When I got out of my bathtub the Polish from my toes was in my bathtub and needless to say my toes which were just freshly painted was now destroyed.

Please keep in mind nearly 2 hours had passed by prior to me taking my bath. Once my nails was done. I then drove home which was approximately 25 minutes. Nevertheless, apparently there was something very wrong with the finger nail polish which was used to paint my toenails. All I know is I am finish with getting services done at this place. I have been patronizing this company for many years and the way they treated me was ridiculous.

I came back to this shop to get my toe nails fixed. I did not bring a bill for my tub which is damaged by their products. All I ask was for my toe nails to be fixed. Well they want to charge me $7 to fix a problem that was clearly created by their own product. To be honest I was in awe that they would ask me to pay. All I wanted was restoration for what I had previously paid for and was not able to utilize due to a malfunction of this...

I called and they hung up on me several times then a rude ass Asian lady picked up saying "what you want " like is this not a business ? I was trying to set an appointment then she told me to hang up and call back in 20 minutes and she hung up in my face . So I called back , and she gave the phone to a customer .. I know it was a customer because they were laughing and said "y'all need to put me on the pay roll " so she explained to me that the rude lady was the only one there and I'm like what does that have to do with me ? I'm trying to set an appointment that takes all of about 30 seconds you're not that busy and I called right when they opened . So I said I wanted to set an 11:30 appointment and she said the lady said that it wouldn't be a guaranteed spot because Saturday's are busy and I said thats why I'm setting an appointment is that not the point of setting one ? So they said it's fine . I got there at 11:30 and the receptionist guy at the counter says they don't take appointments on saturdays and I said I spoke with someone saying it was okay and he spoke to them and no one was owning up so I said it was the lady that was alone when y'all first opened so he spoke with the lady in the first chair behind the receptionist desk then he said I still had to wait I said oh okay that's okay and...

I'm new to the Austell area straight from Houston and I was looking for a new nail salon. This one is literally down the street from my house so I went in there with High Hopes after reading reviews that were decent. I asked for Kelly because that's who people recommended in the reviews that I read. She was pretty nice but after wearing my nails for 2 weeks and going to get a refill I discovered that I had a nail fungus growing under my pinky nail! This place is not sanitary and they will mess up your nails. Not to mention that she cut my cuticles on two fingers while doing my nails and did not want to apologize or acknowledge her mistake. Now I have half of a pinky nail after having to soak it off myself at home because I do not want them to touch it again! Please if you care about your health and well-being do not go to this nail shop! This place is not sanitary at all and the nail polish selection sucks! I am pissed about my pinky nail because now I need to start a new job and I don't even know if I can get my nails done or what is...
