This is a fantastic place to go hiking and hang out for three reasons: number one this place has a lot of trees for shade. Number two yes please as a decent Creek and the river running through it. Number three this place has multiple trails to explore and there's some hills to challenge you. And since this place is close to where I live it's perfect to come...

This is the trail to hike on a hot day, there's about 95% of shade through Antonivich trail. 6 mile total hike (back and forth). I recommend you bring comfortable shoes, lots of water and a snack. You get to cross about 6+creeks through rocks not to get wet. You will see and hear a variety of birds, lots is squirles, lizards. You will enjoy this hike!...

Easy hike for beginners and lots of tree shades. Many stream crossings and rock hopping, so lots of fun for kids. There are also swing and rope for kids play along the trail. Dog friendly trails, but watch out for horse poos.

Beautiful & easy hiking trail. You will walk beside the creek most of the 6M trail & will have to cross the water several times. Lots of shade but no restrooms. Free parking available @ 3 different locations of the trail.
