The event hall is spacious with a large stage for a live band, seating area for dinner, & a dance floor. There is a separate area for hors d'oeuvres & cocktails..
The customer service was 2nd to none...outstanding to say the least! They were very attentive & pleasant.
We had a 4 course meal & also access to a bar.
There is a huge parking lot.
My complaint is primarily with pet owners. It is a privilege to have a pet & your responsibility to clean up after your pet.
The guests who entered through the event parking lot had to try to avoid stepping on dog feces near the entrance of the event hall. This is a disgrace & unacceptable!
However, management & maintenance needs to make sure that both the interior & exterior of the hotel & event hall are guest ready.
(To remove stains & smell, the concrete needs to be pressure washed. In addition, the outdoor furniture needs to be changed. A few pillows were torn & one chair was broken.)

Despite paying a cleaning fee upfront (300$) , we were told by staff that we still needed to clean before leaving. This caused us to stay late and then be charged with “late fees” for the extra time — fees that were not outlined anywhere in the contract. On top of that, the venue added arbitrary charges after the fact in order to keep more of our deposit. $1500 was kept. We paid more for this deposit than the actual amount of money due to reserve the space!
It is extremely frustrating to work with a business that is not upfront about costs and shifts accountability onto customers. Transparency and honesty should be a basic expectation, but instead we felt misled and unfairly charged.
I would not recommend this venue unless they take steps to be clearer in their contracts and more accountable for their staff’s instructions...
Read moreMy family talked to someone there prior to booking this venue and were told can refund 100% if want to cancel within 30 days. They are going against their written contract. I am not sure why they are refusing a refund right now especially during this covid-19 pandemic. I work in the healthcare field and this is definitely not the way people should be treating each other, they should be way more understanding. When my family talks to them on phone they seem discriminating and rude, ignoring and denying to give a refund. The people working there are taking advantage of what everyone is going through right now and are not honest. This is my experience, I would not recommend booking any event at this location....
