Low quality bike with employees has no idea what they are doing. We rented a bike with a tag a long bike, the 4 bolts for clamp on the seatpost should be tight so the tag a long bike will move from side to side from the joint . But the 4 bolts are loose. Once you make a turn the tag a long bike will stay crooked. When we return to the rental place address the problem, one of the guys said that it supposed be like this. What?!! So I explain to him that there’s joint to allow the tag a long bike to move from side to side, you need to tighten the 4 bolts to clamp down the seatpost. After all said and done now the seat is crooked. Disappointing. 55 dollars worth ...

Fun hour activity with the family but you can probably go as fast walking as the pedaling is tough. Kids really wanted to do it. Nice thing was it’s 50% off before noon so we went out at 11 am for a pretty cheap price of $15 vs what it would have been of $30. The bigger one was $40 which would have been $20 with the half off deal. Employees were nice and helpful and the rental was comfortable and the kids had a really fun time. If it was easier to pedal I’d give it 5 stars but had trouble with even tiny bulls and had to push from behind. Overall good experience and well worth it in those morning...
