Good Day Pottery & Art Studio — Attraction in Conway

Back towards the end of December, I signed up to make the Valentines platter.The day before the class I started not feeling well. Since I am in cancer treatment AND with the age of Covid I thought it best not to attend so I contacted them, spoke with the owner, to see if I could use what I had already paid as a credit towards another class. I was immediately told I could not get a refund. I had not said anything about a refund. I knew the policy was no refunds and I was fine with that. I just wanted to be able to use a credit because I had paid $60 for the class. I was then told that yes I could because they would probably be doing another class for the Valentines platter because of others interest. She told me to forward her back my receipt and she would contact me when the next class was scheduled. I did and couple weeks went by and I never heard back so I contacted them again. I was told they never got my receipt. Of course I assumed I had just sent it to the wrong email address but after I double checked I had sent to the right address. So I resent, nothing. I resent again, nothing. I finally did get a response and was told in an email that “when/if” they were able to get the class rescheduled I would be notified. I am so glad we found this place. Weather, you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind and just let your creativity flow or you want a place to have fun with friends or family to spend some quality time together this is the place for you. This isn't a place where you have to be a artist. No pressure at all. This is also a great place to spend some fun quality time with your kids. My 10yr old grandson loves it. I will say it would be best for kids with a more calm nature though. Only because of all the ceramics around and the fact you will be working with paint. They are not fussy at all but it's definitely not the place for a little one who isn't mature enough to keep paint on the table. I imagine the children's party's they have would be a safer option for the less mature littles. Staff is so helpful and friendly. The price of the ceramics you choose covers your paint, brushes , stencils and a variety of other quality items they supply. They are so helpful with tips when you ask. This is such a great spot! Lots of options for pottery & the staff is stellar. I’ve gone to other paint your own places before, but this is the first time staff took time to fully explain the process & offered tips/tricks I had never heard before. My pieces have turned out much better because of it! The retail shop is wonderful as well! I love the variety in both items and price points. Definitely a great spot to grab a unique gift! The card selection is really nice as well & is very inclusive. The party room is beautiful! I can’t wait to attend future events & to host some of my own there.
