Green Hills Preserve — Attraction in Conway

Why have almost all the water bars been removed from the lower Black Cap trail??? All stones have been rolled back into the woods.The erosion is getting bad. Seems a slap in the face to the hard working trail crew. I have to assume the Conservancy officials are not aware of this vandalism...
