Literally one of the worst meals I've ever had. We showed up early around 4:30 and the meal took over an hour and 20 minutes to be brought to the table. I had the blackened grouper sandwich. The sandwich was cold and the buns were burnt. The tomatoes slices were the two ends of the tomatoes, so green and terrible. My side was tator tots that were cold and under cooked. My wife and son both ordered the blackened grouper tacos and guess what.. also cold. Flavor was ok though sides of fries also cold. My other son ordered the kids burger he said it was ok. Portions were laughable small. I'd rather eat Long John Silver's. We spent over $120 and we will never go back. I'll bring my boat elsewhere next time.

If Forbes reviewed marinas like they do hotels this would be a Forbes 5 star marina. We’re Suntex boat club members from Texas and the team made us feel beyond welcome using the club here. The rental and club boats are clean and well maintained. Cameron (dock staff) was prompt and friendly helping us stock the boat with water toys and ice. We had an excellent day on the water and the Hurricane team deserves every bit of praise. No matter who you are, a slip holder, boat renter, or club member they will have their team treat you like a guest from the moment you arrive until you head home.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Hurricane Marina, and I wanted to highlight the exceptional service provided by one of their employees, Tyler. From the moment I entered the store, Tyler made a significant impression with his professionalism and friendly demeanor.

Showed up for our boat on Father’s Day and the power went down from a storm that had just pushed through. We had just driven an hour to get to our boat. They told us that we cannot have our boat because the pumps to the gas weren’t working and then the manager told my wife that they could give us our boats, but they’d have to write down everybody’s credit card number and call them the next day to tell them what their amount was which was fine with us, but then they said they aren’t gonna do that. They literally had 20 kids standing around and employees standing around, so they had the manpower to do what they needed to do to give everybody the boat that they needed, especially since they had driven from far away, and it was Father’s Day. In the end, I just jumped on the phone and started making calls to other marinas because I could not believe that they would just sit there and pay employees while they have a solution to getting everybody a boat that they just don’t wanna do. The employees cost the marina a lot of money that day as now they’ll have to give us a refund. Fortunately, I was able to find the last boat available at Edgar Evans Marina, and they took great care of us so I highly recommend Edgar Evans Marina, instead of...
