Read moreShowed up for our boat on Father’s Day and the power went down from a storm that had just pushed through. We had just driven an hour to get to our boat. They told us that we cannot have our boat because the pumps to the gas weren’t working and then the manager told my wife that they could give us our boats, but they’d have to write down everybody’s credit card number and call them the next day to tell them what their amount was which was fine with us, but then they said they aren’t gonna do that. They literally had 20 kids standing around and employees standing around, so they had the manpower to do what they needed to do to give everybody the boat that they needed, especially since they had driven from far away, and it was Father’s Day. In the end, I just jumped on the phone and started making calls to other marinas because I could not believe that they would just sit there and pay employees while they have a solution to getting everybody a boat that they just don’t wanna do. The employees cost the marina a lot of money that day as now they’ll have to give us a refund.
