4 stars 2023: Go karts were supposed to be ready by 3pm. We were first in line and we didn't get a kart until 3:45. There was only one guy bringing the karts out and that took a while. Your website didn't say that the go karts didn't open until three and that the water boats were gone for the season ( temp: 64°) warm enough for the boats. We had to pay full price for the attractions when only two were open. We went to the Halloween golf and then the haunted house. There is a white 2x4 plank on the floor that they don't warn you about. $30 a piece for the 2 hour unlimited pass to do everything which we weren't able to take advantage of because of the the long lines and only two attractions were available. Also, where we bought the tickets last time we were there, that area was closed off for Halloween. And there was no sign to go to the golf cashier. (Other side of the park) Where we had to walk all the way around the park because you can't cut through the golf course. We loved going there last time but I think they should make some adjustments with their website and how there are planks on the floor which can easily be tripped on, and a better way to get around the park. We still recommend this place, but make sure to call them.
2 stars 2024: Oh my goodness. This business has went SUPER downhill for us. The prices are INSANE! $30-$80 for just a few tickets. The go karts were pretty good, but we had to wait just for a guy to sit down and look at his phone or leave to go rake leaves not caring about the kids. When we bought the tickets, the prices were outrageous. We still decided to give it a try again because we had a great time last year. We mainly went there to do the "haunted" golf again. unlike last year, they got rid of all the animatronics and just replaced it with inflating ghosts and pumpkins just to be blown away in the wind, more like "kiddie golf" to me. So we just decided to do the haunted house instead. Last year was OK but they changed it into a building they bought nextdoor, so we thought it might be better. Oh boy, were we wrong. After we already bought golf and go karts, they were saying that the "haunted" golf is a separate ticket. So we just asked for a haunted house ticket, but THE ONLY WAY TO GET THAT TICKET IS TO BUY "HAUNTED" GOLF! ($15 per ticket) We are NOT paying $15 for a haunted house just to not even play golf! Ok, back to the tickets. The two hour unlimited play is a huge scam during fall. Most of the attractions are closed which is included in the pass and refused to give us a discount at least. Bumper boats, kiddie karts, jump pad, and the food truck is all closed. Nothing was open over there except for a 30 dollar per person escape room. EXTREMELY disappointing compared to last time and still wondering if we should come back. Go at your own risk and prepare...
Read moreThe location is pretty, and had a nice, simple putt putt golf course which has beautiful brush and flowers enclosing it. Very nice for the price. We had been there several times before
We went last .Sunday night near dark. (9/3)
Why I give this a 2: the staff in check in area.
-there was a young woman (probably in late teens,) working the counter who we mainly worked with. When we arrived to purchase our tickets, she was talking to another employee a bit, paying no attention to us. When she did finally help us, she acted like we were a bother. However, some of the men playing the main courses came in and she was very kind to them, offering great customer service , almost flirting with them, which was an insult to me.
I returned all of our clubs once we were finished. The putt putt club holder that u put your clubs back in, was a complete mess, clubs untangled with themselves. (Meanwhile, the girl continued to stand behind the counter doing nothing.
As I put 1 club back onto the shelf, the entire rows of clubs fell to the floor because they were so disheveled. It took me 15 minutes to put them all back in, as they continued to fall every time I tried to put the club's in. The entire time the girl behind the counter just stood there doing nothing but watching me
I have overseen customer service operations for 17 years, so I understand what it takes to offer a positive experience where customers want to return. ( 75% of customers that come to an establishment are repeat customers, which is why this is so very important).
In a day where social media is the primary way to pass information along... your business cam not afford to provide bad service.
There are dozens of reviews on this site...i feel feedback only helps a company to improve their business and increase revenue.
I hope that someone from this location actually review this site on a regular basis and address these opportunities
Thanks for...
Read moreFun 18 hole mini golf course. We arrived at 1pm on a Friday. There was no wait and nobody ahead of us or behind us so we did not have to wait or be hurried while we played. As for the course, the artificial turf surface seemed to be in excellent condition and possibly even new. Some holes had water hazards, and some had difficult hills, but none of the holes had any windmills or clown mouths that some might be expecting when you think of mini golf. That, however, doesn't take away from the fun. At under 10 dollars a person, this is a very affordable, fun mini golf course. I gave 4 stars for the price, the excellent condition of the turf and not having to wait. I could not give 5 stars due to the lack of other hazards such as no windmills or clown mouths and because when we arrived, they had several posters advertising mini donuts. I love mini donuts and became instantly happy seeing i could not only mini golf but eat mini donuts. I wanted to purchase two bags but was told they do not start selling them until 330pm and we arrived at 1 and were done mini golfing at 230 and so that was a...
