Sawdust Theatre — Attraction in Coquille

Update 8/10/2025: Saw Camilla's Culinary Quandary and it was just as good as my first show two years ago. The performers were excellent and the show was hilarious. Anything that can get my GenZ kids interested and invested must be doing something right. I wish I lived down here so that I could join this wonderful troupe. I wish I could bring it back to Washington with me. Do yourself a favor and go enjoy this performance. Support theatre and creativity!

Fantastic experience. I love the theater and I've never been to anything like this. I was extremely impressed with everyone on the show, behind the scenes, the musicians, everything. I brought my kids and they were able to witness me being brought onstage and having a grass skirt and a coconut bra put on me while I danced and sang with the beautiful ladies onstage. Went to observe their Christmas play, enjoyed the experience in the popcorn was amazing. it is definitely good to purchase tickets online, especially if you plan to go to a presentation that might be busy. We were happy with purchasing our tickets on site though, and was impressed with the speed of the concessions options. The presentation engaged the audience, which added to the experience. After showing up 45 min early, waiting in line for almost an hour to see a play that my niece was only in for the first part of the play, (which was the only reason we were going) by the time we got to the counter for tickets, the part they were in was already over.
