We celebrated my daughters 3rd Birthday here on Saturday November 17th from 6:15 - 8:15pm. When I got there I should’ve know we were going to have issues. The party prior was still in booth and cleaning seem like forever. I asked a server which seem nice and attentive if she be my server. She explained that they rotate so someone else would be. Shortly, a young lady appeared and started cleaning. I went to introduce myself so we could get this party started. I felt as she was salty and dismissive towards me. Once she got everything set she told me 15 mins into the party I needed to know how many pizzas I wanted to order. It seem really rush for everything. Usually people run late to parties. I like to make sure I have enough food and still wasn’t sure who would show. Then I asked about the drinks she said they give those the last 30 mins but she did bring half out then I ordered 2 liter. Kids were thirty and needed drinks. My eldest and other adults wanted ice for there soft drink. We asked her for ice and she was like you want ice I said yes she was upset but went to get some. I felt like I was doing her job picking up plates that were being used and done with left on table or around our booth. I ordered wings and pickled chips for family/friends. FYI you can’t order anything from their restaurant through your server so you have to walk over and order it yourself for you party. I am not complaining about walking but the inconvenience of leaving my guest to do so. We also brought in a fruit tray and veggie tray to give our guest something to snack on before pizza. I would pile some dishes then she come get them. She just wasn’t very attentive as I would’ve like her to be. We spent well over $600 between party, extras, bar and restaurant. I just expected more and she would’ve received more of a tip as well. We still tipped her 20% which I think was generous of us. Towards the end of our party I was busy with guest I asked my daughter to order a coke. The waitress said sorry I already have your tab ready. I wasn’t aware if this and notice there wasn’t another 2 liter. I asked her can you put a 2 liter on our tab she said I already have tab ready sorry. I looked at her again and said please add a 2 liter on my tab. She was like I already have your tab ready I repeated myself yet again and then she said yes, mam. I was also told no other party was booked and specified I wanted to stay longer and knew I was getting charged. When I told her she was like there is another party. So I had to move all my guest and food. The guy in front desk with long hair was helpful and very nice. He pass by our table and asked how thing went. I just told him good because we still had a lot of guest mingling.

Pizza were ordered outside the facility they were nice hot and order as I specified.

I think bar could’ve used some more help as it took awhile to order a drink but she was fast to make it.

Restaurant food has always been good.

I think I would’ve been nice if a manager would’ve stop by our booth to see how things were going.

Need friendly and more...

Jumping world is absolute TRASH! I’ve never had such a horrible and overall unprofessional experience for any of my kids parties. This was my first and LAST time spending my money there. I got the adventure party package for 10. Which came out to $349. ALSO $100 deposit that you don’t get back?! Then as I’m leaving I say bye to the front desk workers and ask if I’m good to go. They said oh no mam you have a balance still. What? How? If I payed everything online? They said due to “additional items added during the party” huh? I ordered two extra pizzas what is the extras added? It’s two little hs kids working. The one helping, rolled their eyes. They hand me a receipt with the jumping world logo on the top and then all it’s says is $321.26…. I was like okay where is the itemized check for this?? To my knowledge, two extra pizzas aren’t THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS. By that point, my kids were agitated and crying they wanted to go home so I just gave in so we could leave and get some rest. They have a very strict 2 hour party time. HOWEVER, the food we ordered came out after an HOUR. They were basically empty there was maybe 1 other party going on but other than that it was a ghost town. Why does it take an hour to make 4 pizzas?? It was so bad the other parents went to go order food for themselves. Everybody was hungry. The food taking up half the party time put us way behind so the opening presents and singing happy birthday was extremely rushed. the host of the party put our cake in the fridge when we first arrived so it’ll be “cool”. It was a two tier cake. When she brings it out she says sorry, I accidentally dropped it. I look and it’s completely squished up against the left side of the box. YUP, I see where ya dropped it. The entire time I was there I tried my best to keep a smile on my face and positive attitude because it’s my sons day. At this point, I’m beyond frustrated and upset but I’m trying to keep it together. The teenager hosting my son’s party was immediately cleaning up everything after she cut the cake slices and handed out the plates. I go around picking up what I can and trying to get my sons new things all together. Meanwhile, while my son and his best friends are enjoying the cake and joking around smiling laughing. the rocks for brains host starts clearing off the table and trying to pull off the the birthday cover with the kids plate still on it that they’re still eating!! I was like excuse me do u think they’re done? And she said well! The party time is up! OK??? And the pizza took an hour so we can point fingers all day but honestly y’all don’t look like you have any type of business right now especially to rush us with a reservation out the door. Anyways, this is the worst business to host a party. Its a huge place but the “party sections” barely held my party of 10 kids plus parents so many had to stand. I paid in total about $770 for a small office cubicle, slow service, a smashed up cake and the only employees they seem to have look like they barely turned 16 and hate...

UPDATE: I initially gave this place a 1 star review but I went today with a friend and I’m going to bump it up a 3 Star because of how wonderful the staff was today. It was fairly quiet today. Not a lot of kids and not a lot happening. My only complaint is the music was too loud. It made it hard for me to have a convo with my mom friend. I felt like we were shouting at each other but whatever. That’s just me being nitpicky. We ordered food and it came out hot and tasted good. The prices on food weren’t bad at all. Another friendly suggestion: always bring out kids food before the adult food. We had 3 meals off the kids menu and they came out last. Kids are starving, bring their food first. Not a huge deal but just a friendly suggestion. But, today’s visit left a better taste in my mouth and I’ll probably be back sometime soon! My son had the best time and after 2 hours didn’t want to leave.

We came for my sons friends birthday party and I was inspired to never do a party here.

This was our first time here and I filled out the waiver ahead of time. I stood in line when we got there to see if they needed me to check in and show them and there were 4 ladies up front. 2 of them were helping kids and 2 were just shooting the breeze. Finally one of them was like “oh do you need help?” Okay, whatever... not a huge deal.

Then it’s time for the kids to jump and there is a huge sign that tells the jumpers to not run across the lanes. Kids are kids and they’re going to do it anyway but they have jumping guards that are suppose to be watching the kids and making sure they’re following the rules but the guy doing it wasn’t saying anything to the group of kids running across the lanes. These kids were running into the other kids who were following the rules and knocking them down and instead of saying anything to these kids he just laughed. My kid and some smaller kids were knocked down and it wasn’t funny.

The managers were rude. Very unprofessional. The gal that was the party attendant for my sons friends group was sweet. However, some things were done that shouldn’t have been done. They offered 3 types of ice cream but didn’t have one of the flavors. They decided to put a mix of chocolate and strawberry into bowls but not all the kids like those flavors and not all wanted them mixed. Instead of doing that they should have come back and asked what the person paying for everything wanted to do. Most the kids wanted the flavor they ran out of and decided they didn’t want ice cream after all.

Thankfully, Lena, was so great. She did what she could to make things right for my friend, but I saw first hand the hassle of doing a party there and I’d just rather not.

Oh, and the arcade is STUPID expensive. Seriously!? $2-$3 per game? Tip: you’d make a lot more money on the arcade if had more reasonable prices. I would have put money on my sons arcade card until I saw how much each game was. I know the kids are there to jump but then why even have an arcade? I wouldn’t waste...
