Every single time I have come to this Chick-Fil-A I have had a poor experience. No other Chick fil A in the area has treated their customers like this but this one is the closest to me.
My last 2 trips by far have been the worst though.
The last time I went before today, me and my friend went through the Drive thru. James took our order and was extremely rude. He kept a monotone, uninterested, and annoyed tone of voice the entire time. He would consistently interrupt me and my friend while we ordered. He didn’t repeat the order back and so he got our order wrong. We had to go back inside and get the missing food. We told a manager and they proceeded to say that “no one here likes him” and they all call him “Jimmy Neutron” and then said the issue would be handled.
The second time we went, we had Sophia. She also continued to interrupt us and refused to let my friend speak. She got our order wrong also but she DID repeat it back and so we corrected her. She supposedly scanned our app code but didn’t let us know when it didn’t go through. Once we got up to the window they were incredibly rude as was the manager. The drive thru window girl completely ignored us and refused to even acknowledge that we were speaking to her. She would look at us and then continue to look back at her co worker and continue the conversation. My friend even honked the horn and she looked at us again and proceeded to continue her conversation.
My friend and I both have worked at CFA in Fort Worth for several years and we know how customer service is supposed to be at CFA. We both understand that dealing with customer issues can be annoying but we just want our order to be correct and to not be treated poorly.

Read moreBeing a FB resident I was really rooting for this Chic-fil-A. But three strikes and your out. I will be going up the road to a much better store ran by staff that’s trained well. I’ve tried drive-thru and was given my order whilst the three cars in front of me still waited for their orders. This took insanely longer than any other store takes. I tried dining in, and was not greeted by anyone upon entering or leaving the store. The young man “managing” the store needs further training. I noticed he’s to preoccupied and not worried about any of the customers what so ever. All staff need to be retrained that way customers can get the real Chic-fil-A experience. Otherwise I recommend they just go to a real Chic-fil-A and skip this establishment and their poorly trained staff. Final strike today I placed a curbside order on the app. Pulled up to what I thought was a curbside spot. Waited for my order only to find out that they have no curbside. You have to park, get out of your car, and go inside to get your curbside order. There are no signs to let anyone know this is the case. The staff will just place your order on a shelf and let it sit there and get cold. Plus when you do finally figure this out and go inside don’t expect to be greeted. The “manager” will be to busy to give a damn! So do yourself a favor and skip this one...

School is out for the Thanksgiving break, and we couldn't wait to head your way!! We knew it would be packed. You guys are serving all of Flour Bluff and the Island. 😅
Had to be at least 50-60 cars just in the parking lot/drive threw, at 12pm. The staff was on top of every detail. Outside and inside service.
We decided to dine in. To enjoy the festivities!! The staff was serving up smiles all around. The atmosphere was lively, and you could tell all the families ,high-school students, and ATM college students were really enjoying their food and time in the new location.
I hope the staff and management know how much we appreciate them!! This week is going to be a rough one. Just because they will be so busy!
Now, to get to the food. HOT, FRESH, & delicious!🤤 The kids had chicken bites with sweet tea. While I enjoy a deluxe sandwich and Rootbeer.
