Intense canyon in South Salt Lake City. When you begin the climb up the road, there are a lot of magnificent rock formations to enjoy. We made the drive at 11am and the trailheads for hiking were lined with tons of vehicles. It’s a crowded and tight drive up to the ski lodges. We shared the road with bicyclists and joggers. It really surprised me that people would dare to ride bikes and jog right alongside the traffic. It’s an extreme place with great views. I highly recommend doing the drive at least once. Just a heads up, no dogs are allowed in the canyon at all.

Beautiful drive and loved the meandering river along the way. Drive all the way to Park City and check out the overlook at the almost top of the mountain..

It was a great drive between salt lake city and park city. A tad longer then other routes but the twist and turns were great, plus allowed for slower speeds to look around and see some sights. We noticed tons of pull off for hiking and biking opportunities and over all just a fabulous detour to...

Breathtakingly gorgeous canyon whether you want to go on a drive, hike, have a campfire, go camping, skiing, snowboarding, etc. BCW has it all! Unfortunately the past few years it has only been getting busier and busier up the canyon, still as beautiful as...
