Galleria Nails & Spa — Attraction in Cranbury Township

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon with Gina. From the start, she was rude and dismissive, barely listening to what I wanted. When I tried to explain my preferences, she kept making comments under her breath and seemed visibly annoyed. As it got closer to closing time, she started complaining that the appointment was taking too long—even though she was the one who booked it. If it was going to be an issue, why accept the reservation in the first place?

Instead of trying to accommodate what I asked for, she kept insisting that “other customers do it this way.” That may be fine for others, but I came in with a specific idea, and it felt like she had no interest in hearing me out or delivering what I wanted. 10/10 recommend Galleria Nails & Spa. This was my first time here. I haven’t trusted my eyebrows with anyone since they were botched a while ago, but they did a FANTASTIC job here! They are experts at brows and did exactly what I was hoping for. I didn’t know about their waxing 20% off first time discount - what a great surprise!!

I also had a manicure and pedicure with a lovely massage. It was exactly the pick me up I needed with beautiful results, lots of color choices.

I told them that my nails are very brittle and they offered protein product and organic nail polish without any extra charge. I've never had my nails feel SO strong before and I avoided any harsh chemical products.
