I go there to run my big black K9... BBC... It's a great park lots of open area for my dog always clean and watching the planes land and take-off at the airport is also a pretty cool thing... I only use the park for my dog I haven't utilized it for anything else great place for my dog to run and get the exercise he deserves!

Such a beautiful park! Plenty of fields for baseball and soccer! The play equipment is cool for the kids along with a huge well kept splash pad! Bonus the police/fire station is onsite to keep all the would be trash from visiting or keeping them in line at best!!!

Nice playground and splash pad combo. It's easy to bouncy around and the fence next to the parking lot helps if your kid is a runner like mine. Lots of shady spots and nice bathrooms.

During our group's visit, the splash pad was indeed operational. We enjoyed approximately two hours at the park, which included access to restroom facilities. The women's restroom offered three compact stalls, a sink, and a hand dryer. Despite the presence of several family groups, the facilities were generally satisfactory. We observed at least six distinct groups of visitors during our visit. The playground equipment was conveniently located near the splash pad. However, there were a few muddy areas adjacent to the equipment, which could potentially pose a safety hazard in the event of a fall or trip. Overall, the park is aesthetically pleasing, and all equipment functioned correctly, providing an enjoyable experience for...

We attended an evening little league game at Brent Hassert Park and unfortunately the gnat presence was overwhelming. Players and spectators were constantly swatting at their faces, and several kids got bugs in their eyes, including one of our pitchers. The field itself is nice, but the insect conditions made the game very uncomfortable. I hope the park district considers some type of insect mitigation, especially during...

This is a great playground for a variety of ages. The ground has turf, and the separate play structures can both be viewed easily from the benches. There's a splash pad that we have not used, but would consider on a future visit. We did not use them, but there are indoor bathrooms as well. It is right by a fire station and small airport, so a bonus to see the different vehicles...
