We rated this museum 4 stars because of a wonderful experience with a crabber named Tim Howard. The museum is small, but has a lot of information about the oyster and crabbing industries. My husband and I were asking each other about tongs that are used by the oystermen, when Tim walked by and asked if we had any questions? We learned so much about the crabbing and oyster industries from Tim:-). He took us to a shanty and explained everything in detail. I am a retired 1st grade teacher, and he was very skillfully explaining the information. He should be a teacher!!! Thanks to the museum and Tim, I spent a great day in Crisfield!!!
