Stevens Creek County Park Lakeshore Picnic Area — Attraction in Cupertino

Loved this place! Such a great way to relax and spend the day with your family. Awesome picnic area right in front of the lake, and all the shade is a plus on a hot day. You can grill using propane tanks which they sometimes even prefer. The only reason I didn't rate it's five was because of the dozen geese surrounding our table! They were all staring at us which was pretty scary. they left only when someone brought out a drone. I believe the buzzing noise scared them off to the lake. Stevens Creek County Park Lakeshore Picnic Area is a lovely place tucked near the big waterybody. There are some benches in the area that can be used for picnics. The area is shaded and has easy access to water when the water levels are high. The water level was very low when we visited though. It would be lovely when the reservoir fills up. Would also be a good place for nature photography. We did see a few birds flying around. Lovely place to visit...

Place is OK if you just want to have a picnic and spend time with your friends near picnic table. But if you plan to also take a walk, it is probably not the best place to visit.
