Indigo Lake is an amazing place to both soak in some wonderful views as well as enjoy a few trails within the Cuyahoga Valley National Park area. Parking is limited with about 16 or so spaces. The area is easily found while driving on the road within the national park. One just has to go from the parking area and cross the road road tracks to get to wherever one wants to go.

Be very aware. The way Google maps brought me in had no sign at all for the entrance. I had to turn around and go back and that direction had a clear sign posted. Hope that saves someone some trouble. But it sure is a beautiful spot to walk around or just sit and chill. Worth the small bit of trouble finding.

Indigo Lake is beautiful all year round. It is a paved trail and especially beautiful in the spring. I saw my first owl here 2 years ago!!Lots of Bluebirds as well. It is one mile down to the end, one mile back. Great little workout!

Indigo Lake is beautiful all year round. It is a paved trail and especially beautiful in the spring. I saw my first owl here 2 years ago!!Lots of Bluebirds as well. It is one mile down to the end, one mile back. Great little workout!

One of the best small hiking spots in cuyahoga valley. You will see a pretty picturesque lake, nice field in the opposite side, a paved hiking path, along with a dirt trail that takes you into the woods where you'll find a nice bon fire area with tables. Also it's right next to howe meadow. The trails aren't long, but they're beautiful, especially...
