I come here to walk in the mornings when I have the time or the will to get out of bed. There's a park for children to play, a tennis court to use, there are benches and a parking spot. The area to walk in has little places to have picnics and barbecues (though the old barbecues they have are positively filthy, so bring your own).
(Also I'm not sure if its allowed to even barbecue here anymore, but since the park barbecues are still installed, I'm guessing it's still allowed.)
Around five laps should equal about 2 kilometers (km) or roughly a mile. It's a good place to walk. Not very hot in the mornings.
Problem is the parking lot. There's glass in certain spaces that you shouldn't park in. It will damage your tires and possibly damage your shoes and feet. They haven't cleaned it up, so avoid at all costs those very spaces I am warning you all about.
