If you enjoy history this is an interesting place to stop. Admission is $8/adult and less if you're a child/senior. The fort is very intact and preserved and very cool to explore. Read more19th century military fort with tons of history. Since 1834 Fort Morgan has stood guardian of Mobile Bay. The docent shared so much of Alabama's story while we walked around the grounds.
