Event Center at Rhythm City — Attraction in Davenport

We went to see George Lopez in concert on 2/15/25 and I must say that although I love the casino and hotel, I will NEVER see something in the event center! The seats are so close together that you are practically sitting on your neighbor. The directions to enter through the right door is not clear and the staff is incredibly rude! The lighting was horrible and the minute the concert started, people had their phones out, taking video and blocking the view...where was security then?? For $100 tickets a piece, you would think that it would have been laid out better! Don't even get me started on how hot it was in there! You do a concert in February in Davenport, it's cold outside, but with being packed in like sardines, not place to put your coats, then keeping it so hot...just disappointing. I will definitely visit the casino, maybe the restaurants and maybe even stay there but don't waste your money...

My husband and I have been here before to visit the casino, but this was the first weekend staying in the hotel. We stayed in a corner suite which was wonderful and really clean. The front desk staff were so nice and very accommodating. The only draw back to the room was the lighting situation. There were several light switches including a master switch by the door. This was incredibly confusing, one switch turned on one light, another switch turned off another - but turned on another. The little reading lights by the bed would only work if the actually bedroom light was on, which kind of defeated the purpose. We did go to Ruthies on the top floor and it was good and would...

I have been going to this casino for awhile, I played a lot 3 weeks in a row and went to the front desk to try to get a comp for a meal and was told that I had not played enough for a meal comp. The nice woman Sharon even went to the back and talked to the person in charge and came back and said that they could not give me a comp, I would like to know what you have to do to get a comp? She looked at my points and even she saw that I had played a lot. Never ever have gotten a free meal yet, been coming here for...
