FL Strawberries — Attraction in Davis

The produce here is mostly good and it's cash only. However, I noticed after April the strawberries I buy here start going bad within 24 hours. I raised this with the attendant there and asked for the freshest ones. Still, within 24 hours they started to get dark, mushy, and some even showed signs of mold. I tested this with other local farmers markets and that was not an issue. I kept them in normal refrigerated conditions.
