Place is very clean. The units are reasonably strong. If someone HAD to get into your unit I feel it would it be possible but there are cameras also. (just to be truthful, but I feel like my stuff is safe here.}

Lighting is adequate, but I wish I had one more directly under a light as I keep an inventory of things I have for sale and sorting through things not in direct light can be a little tiresome. units are spacious and at a good value.

You have to pretty much park on the main road to to unload your stuff by the entrance but i have NOT ONCE had a problem at all with getting a spot to unload. Theres a regular door for entry and a double wide garage door also.

They have always been quick in replying to me if i needed suppport.

I can not make enough positive comments; Matthew could not have been more accommodating. He worked with me during the stressed and chaotic time of COVID-19 move-out and move-in at U Dayton with nothing but professionalism and a desire to help.

The facility is well maintained, secure, with convenient access which met my families needs perfectly. The close proximity to U Dayton could not have been more convenient allowing for multiple trips back and forth without hassle. The unit pricing was excellent and when the personal service and "value adds" are considered could not have been more fairly priced.

It will come as no shock that I will be using Herk's Hangar for the duration of my son's time at U Dayton and strongly recommend this facility to others. ...
