I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if it was an option I came to the store 58 minutes after they opened & told them the issue and he said he would test it (30 mins) then said it would take about an hour hour ina half to fix. I then went home and waited u till about 1clock and still no call. So i decided to call and see what’s going on with my phone. He then proceeded to tell me that they can’t figure out what’s wrong with it and nothings showing up on the test. First of all it was very unprofessional how they didn’t call and let me know it would be a couple hours later & chose to waste my time. I live 30 minutes away from this location and chose to come here because i had no issue before.( a year ago) They are very careless and unprofessional it’s like a bunch of teenage boys running that place if you need your phone fixed go somewhere else not here!!!!!!!!!! They will waste your time Id honestly rather my phone be plugged in all the time than give them a penny...

These guys are amazing. I received an iPhone that I really liked through Mint Mobile but the stupid thing wouldn’t activate. The geniuses at the Apple genius bar weren’t able to help me. I held onto it for two years and was about to give up hope when I desperately was looking for a shop that would fix the Sim card issue with my current phone.

Not only did Yusen fix the Sim issue with my current phone, he identified the issue with the unactivated two-year-old never used iPhone. Turns out it’s a short. Who knew? Yusen, that’s who knew.

I highly recommend these guys. They are incredibly knowledgeable and their prices are a fraction of the prices at UBreakIFix.

I’ll be bringing over a couple of old broken iPads to see them do their magic with those as well.

Was a little nervous going into he shop, seems like 2 kids are running it, they're hard workers and tough sellers, I just hope that they're not being worked too much, overall great prices, quick service, I was in and out. I got a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 + with all the factory seals still on for 400$, brand new they go for 800$. Great prices. I knock a star off because there is a pen that comes included with every S7+, and they had wanted an extra 60$ for me to get the pen, if they bought it without the pen, I can understand it, but Galaxy Tabs aren't exactly a hot seller, and the pen was in the original...
