Went here yesterday for the first time ever. Loved it. Mind you I went "out of season" so not sure how busy this beach in the summer. But the beach was clean (carry in, carry out), nice view and walk to the WW2 towers. This is also a walk on and drive on beach. There's a pavilion in the parking lot, and an area when coming off the beach to rinse off, and porta potties. No food or shower house. This is a state park so you do have to pay/have state park sticker. Hope you enjoy the beach as much as I did.

If you want a truly unique experience, walking along the beach, be sure to check out this spot. You can walk past two towers on the beach on your way up to Cape Henlopen State Park. It is definitely worth the trip.

Nice chill beach to relax on at the end/start of the Gordon's Pond Trail! Cool, rubble free, and easy to walk on sand on the day we visited. There's even a vendor selling snacks at the...
