They overloaded my trailer beyond legal weight. I had to return to this shipper for rework and have been backed up in Michigan all weekend over a broken down trailer I picked up (in Michigan) through my carrier, and this shipper overloading the axles. In my experience, I don't come to Michigan often, but it seems easy to get backed up one way or another whenever accepting freight in and out of Michigan. As an owner operator, I believe I will continue to be skeptical about accepting freight...

5/11/25 I give 3stars cause no overnight parking from what i saw cause it’s a residential street u turn down & park on. Plus no restroom. (Maybe 1 inside) & they took 2hrs 2 load me.

Staff was cool if cars are parked in front of they own house it’s gonna get real tight trying to get in. Seems like the residents know that & try not 2 park on street...

They loaded damage product on my trailer. I took pictures of the Root Beer on my floor. They claimed I did it. Was told by Broker to deliver. Broker is refusing to pay because customer filed a claim against my insurance. Even though the customer signed BOL with damage product.

This stinks of Insurance Fraud. I'll post later...
