I recently had the incredible opportunity to take a helicopter ride over Detroit with Lucas, and I must say, it was an absolutely stellar experience from start to finish! I cannot speak highly enough about the adventure and the exceptional service provided.
First and foremost, Lucas was an exceptional pilot and guide. His expertise and knowledge of the city were evident throughout the entire journey. Not only did he ensure our safety and comfort throughout the flight, but he also provided fascinating insights into the history, landmarks, and hidden gems of Detroit.
The helicopter ride itself was nothing short of breathtaking. As we soared above the city, I was mesmerized by the stunning panoramic views of Detroit's skyline, the winding Detroit River, and the iconic landmarks such as Comerica Park, Ford Field, and the Renaissance Center. Lucas skillfully maneuvered the helicopter, allowing us to capture picture-perfect moments and take in every single detail from a unique perspective. It was a truly unforgettable sight that I will cherish forever.
The level of service provided by Lucas was unparalleled. From the moment we arrived at the helipad, he greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, instantly making us feel at ease. His attention to detail and genuine care for our experience were evident throughout the entire ride and after.
Overall, I cannot recommend a helicopter ride over Detroit with Lucas enough. It's an absolute must-do for anyone looking to see the city from a whole new angle and create lifelong memories. With his expertise, professionalism, and friendly demeanor, Lucas truly made this experience extraordinary. I am grateful for the opportunity and can't wait to do it again. Thank you, Lucas, for an...
Read moreI seriously wish that I would have reviewed the other 1 star reviews and followed my first mind to go elsewhere after the clerk was rude and condescending when we first arrived. The ride was $250 (for two people) and lasted all of 8-10 minutes literally. We were told when we suddenly landed that the ride is based on weather conditions. Remind you it was not windy nor was it raining. On top of the fact that the ride is extremely short, the staff is unprofessional and outright rude. Two men literally yelled âREAD, the booking says 20 miles not 20 minutesâ at us as if we were incoherent or incompetent. It is a honest mistake to believe that youâre paying $250 for a 20 minute ride not a 20 mile ride. I would not recommend anyone support this business. Do yourself a favor and rent a helicopter ride elsewhere, Iâm sure you will be treated with more decency. I truly wish that I would have booked with a more reputable respectable company. Even if the ride was short I wouldâve have been less inclined to write this review but with the poor attitudes and management, I would prefer that no one else experiences...
Read moreUpdate: The company has reached out to address the issue I encountered. I appreciate the effort Cassandra has made to resolve it. I will provide another update once I return and have confirmed the fix :)
I am absolutely shocked and deeply disappointed by this experience. I paid over $340 for just 12 minutes for two peopleâhow is that remotely acceptable? If this is what you get for the $150 ride, I cannot even imagine how pathetic the $55 ride must be. You must go straight up and down on the airport.
The whole thing was rushed and felt like a blatant cash grab. I was specifically looking forward to seeing the train station, but our guide did not even mention it. When we passed by the stadiums, it happened so fast I could barely even get my camera ready for a photo!
And on top of all this, they have the nerve to charge $50 for just 21 digital photos! $20-$25 fine. They do not even print anything. Such a money grab.
I would not recommend this to anyone. I still cannot wrap my head around how the third tier option was literally 12 minutes long from take off to landing. Such a...
