I scheduled my event for September 2025 in June 2024. In January 2025, I received a notification from the center informing me that my event had been canceled due to a city project. This situation has caused significant frustration and inconvenience. I have already arranged for a mass and vendors for that date, for which I have made payments and provided deposits. Consequently, I was compelled to search for an alternative venue. Additionally, it is particularly aggravating that the return of my deposit for the venue may take four to six weeks.
