Where to start... I'm going to make this review lengthy to emphasize just how highly recommended Cesar & GF&G are. Sometimes people feel reviews are fake, paid for or too specific, so just know this is 100% feedback off a start to finish contact & completion of job. I wasn't paid or compensated for this, I just think when there is so much fraud out there these days, the hard workers and the great jobs done should be commended.

Cesar is a great guy, I messaged him for a quote and he was very responsive. When it came down to order, he came over, provided an invoice was extremely patient and friendly with our indecisiveness on the little things, that took more time than probably necessary. First impression was great.

The design we ordered was a special order, 6 weeks. When you message someone and give a down payment and have to wait such a long time, you start questioning yourself on if you were scammed. The down payment was minimal, but Cesar kept us updated and informed each step of the way and didn't lose contact or give us reason for doubt.

Upon delivery, scheduled an installation date, he was here promptly between the hours he scheduled with us. Super nice / friendly to talk to. He did his thing, installation looked great, and did his touch ups on the little things. Walked us through maintenance, warranty and the basics. Let us know if we had any issues we can just reach out to him. This was all in about a 6 hour day at 100° weather too! All around a great guy to do business with. Honest & confident.

Once the installation was completed, he cleaned up well after himself (swept, looked over for screws, etc).

I highly recommend him and his work, to give peace of mind I had messaged him via FB via marketplace, so trust issues were pre existing on my behalf. Wide variety of options, colors, and I cannot emphasize enough, his patience was excellent. Answers questions, provides feedback & opinion / suggestions + options to make things work for your budget. He's not just out to get a sale let alone the most expensive sale.

All I can say is Cesar saved the day! To come home late on a Friday night and not be able to open your garage was NOT fun. Turns out our spring had broken completely in half. After researching online for a nearby company to fix this issue, GD&G Garage Doors & Gates popped up amongst others. I’ll be honest, I did call another company but they didn’t work on weekends, or answer my call on a Saturday morning at 8am. We needed this fixed ASAP. Reading the honest & glowing reviews I thought I’d try them. Cesar answered right away, we settled on an appointment time that worked for us both, and the next day he replaced our spring after recommending dual springs and also reinforced panels to extend the life of our garage door and motor. I would absolutely recommend Cesar and this company. Very fair price, worked fast, professional, clean and walked us through his work, and was done in one hour! We are so happy and thankful...

So I called a few different companies to replace my garage door, I am the type of person that likes to get a project done quickly, but if I don’t find the right person or company I’ll wait. I spoke with Ceaser, he came out right away and was prompt, his prices are competitive, but what I like about this company, he kept me well informed what was going to be done what materials and the time line. He also went above and beyond meaning he over delivered his service, Ceaser cleaned and changed something that wasn’t part of the agreement without asking me or charging extra, he just did it,. You truly don’t find that in service these days., I couldn’t be more then happier in the choice I made to replace my garage door. Gd&g garage doors and gates will be the company I refer and use anytime I need....
