We had such an amazing time visiting Hall Farms! The tour was both fun and educational — we learned so much about maple syrup production, from how the trees are tapped, to the collection process, to how the syrup is made. The Hall family explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and their passion for what they do really shines through. Sampling the syrup and their sauces was a highlight — fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. We bought so many marinades, maple butter, and syrup that we shipped a box home. You can tell it’s made with care and tradition. Felt like we were tasting history. The whole experience felt authentic and welcoming, and we left making plans to visit them during Maine Maple Sunday, the 4th Sunday in March! If you’re in Maine, Hall Farms is a must-visit.
