Finca Gaia — Attraction in Dorado

This place is an absolute gem..! Manuel and his family have been maintaining this ecological treasure with a passion that you are rarely see these days .. we signed on for a 4 hour educational tour .. we did not realize how fast time flew..! Manuel shared his in-depth knowledge about the local flora and fauna ,which unfortunately is under severe stress due to rampant construction , limestone quarrying etc.. he educated us about his efforts at ecological preservation using various techniques which should be commended.. our kids ,8 and.6 yr old , thoroughly enjoyed the trip.. a trip to the island is incomplete without a visit to this place..! Truly an inspiring...
