I took my kids last week on a Tuesday, I checked the weather that morning it said 15% chance of rain, we got to the pool at 1ish and when I tell you there was no clouds but started raining within 10mins of us being there. Man the kids was mad, they told everyone to get out of the pool and could wait in their cars for at least 30 minutes until the rain was over. I decided to get a rain check and I told my oldest son to grab our bags. He forgot the back with my wallet there. I get Home just to realize that my son did not bring my bag to the car. I called up there and they put me on hold, by that time. I was already on my way back up there. A thought crossed my mind that they were gonna tell me that the bag was not there, and even though I had a AirTag in my bag, I was tracking it. I got there and a very nice employee name Charla Handed me my bag, as if she was just handing my newborn baby in the delivery room. Lol.. That’s how she was holding it as if it was precious cargo. Love that. I was so pleased and grateful. With school around the corner, I do not have time to cancel credit cards and get a new drivers license and all that stuff. Blessing. Overall, the pool was very clean nice and neat. the customer service of these young kids working up there is amazing! . I love the honesty, the professionalism and the customer service from all the staff up there we will be returning! I highly recommend this pool! I am also proud of the staff that is working there, and the parents that gave their children the proper skills, tools on how to conduct yourself in the work field. Thank you so...
Read moreThe pool was really fun. They do breaks for adult swim and no pool toys allowed in the water ( pool noodles, floats or anything but I saw two beach balls that some kids were playing with in the water. I get why no pool toys because water guns and water splashes break and pieces be everywhere but the pool noodle got me. They do offer free water vest but you can bring your own. Facility was very clean and safe was friendly. I like the fact that the lifeguards do get breaks. Adults can enjoy a swim without the kids but sometimes kids won’t understand that when the lifeguards tell the kids to get out the water for 15-30 minutes so I think they need to put up a sign somewhere that explains that so parents can tell their kids. They have some snacks , snow cones and hot dogs but they ran out of hotdogs quickly and I’m not sure if they...
Read moreThe information here is inaccurate. I arrived around 11:30am and the building was closed, even though the listed hours said it would be open. Someone from the front desk eventually came out and told me they don’t open until 12pm, and confirmed the hours and contact information on Google are wrong. I’m now waiting outside. Also, when I called earlier, the person who answered gave me information for what seems to be a different building. Definitely recommend double-checking with someone directly before showing up. Hoping this gets corrected soon to avoid confusion for others. Nonetheless, great facility, with...
