Turner Feed Center — Attraction in Douglasville

Moldy orchard grass. after I got it home stunk up my house with moldy smell realized after opening it that It was moldy. Called the store they said they cannot take it back if the rope was cut. How can I inspect the hay without opening it. At any rate. they would not refund me and told me to take whatsoever action I felt necessary.

At first, while I started writing this review I started leaving a 1 star. Now after calling again and complaining again The guy told me to bring it back. RELUCTANTLY. this is why it went from 1 star to 3. But that is still not the way to treat your customers. I didn't ask for the mold you guys brought it.

Turner's is my first stop when I need something for my property. I grew up in the city, and these guys are always knowledgeable and provide me sound advice as I clean up my 5 acre property.

Bought all my grass seed from them for a freshly cleared 5 acres. Bought my over seeding there too, and both took hold thanks to the seasonal advice from the staff. I'm also allergic to hay, and 2 staffers helped me load ~30 bundles onto my truck without me having to touch it. That meant a LOT! Saved me from having a reaction that day.

Though I only buy dog food from this place, I have never had a bad experience and we’ve been purchasing dog food for the past 7 years. They are always polite and friendly. EXCELLENT customer service. Even when the young teens/adults are working, they are very nice and respectful and I’ve never had to carry a bag of dog food to my car. Keep up the good service.
