We usually enjoy most places we visit, but are very selective about who we praise publicly....This establishment has captivated us with their wine. I just can't say enough good about this winery. We found this place about a month ago, had such a good experience signed up to be wine club members, and came back again today. The wines are fantastic, no Texas varietals, but that's part of the draw...this boutique vineyard is truly a hidden gem for those who love smaller batch reds that are truly top notch and are hard to find comparable products near or far. Blaze is usually around to greet us as we walk in, he's such a good dog, so sweet and playful. We especially love Alla behind the bar, she is always smiling, welcoming, and great company when we stay to taste. Read moreThe moment that I walked through door, I knew that I found my Hill Country winery. Maybe it’s the name, maybe it is the wine, I have indeed died and gone to heaven with Graveyard wines. Sometimes Texas wine is on the sweeter side so tasting all of their wines brings the BEST of Paso Robles valley to Texas. Absolutely delicious, rich and bold reds. My favorite is their zinfindel called Mortal Zin. But Scream, Psycho, and Petite Verdot or close behind. Adam, the owner, is absolutely awesome and a genius with wines. Wines were mild, and delicious, all 6 we tasted. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The location is quaint, spacious, and has live music some days. Outdoor and indoor seating. Lots of cute souvenirs and little decorations if you’re looking to buy more than wine. I will definitely go here again, especially with the maybe 30-35 minute drive (without traffic)...
