I was gambling a lot with you guys and I mean a lot. I would get free play on the weekends and I think a free meal a month. Back in May they were giving away Mother's Day bouquets and over at the Diamond Joe I received a free bouquet. I didn't expect there to be free bouquets handed out at the q. There was a man and a lady out and the lady had a laptop in front of her along with a large number of plants on the table and on the ground. I explained that I just came from the Diamond Joe and received a Mother's Day bouquet their, and I would like her to check if I'm on the list to receive a bouquet at this casino also. Without lowering her eyes she just said sorry. A little confused, I asked her again to check if I was on the list to also receive a gift. She made no attempt to check and just said no. It became a little frustrated and asked her a third time to check and she quite firmly told me to have a nice day. I complained later to VIP services and didn't hear back, but then the free play in free meals disappeared off of the kiosk after that. I called to complain about that also but didn't hear back from VIP services. I later came to talk with VIP services but it was the same lady at the table outside handing out the plants that was inside the VIP Services room so I didn't say anything. I just stopped...

Island Social is a Hit! The casino finally is catering to the under 21 crowd and as a parent of three we are thrilled to have somewhere else to go as a family. Island Social has a ton of ticket arcade games, claw machines, virtual axe throwing, and duck pin bowling. They also offer random deals throughout the week (like bogo game play or half off bowling etc) plus they have so many reasonably ticketed prizes for you to choose from. My kids are in heaven here and are already asking to have birthday parties here as well. The food is also good. We have had the wings and Mac and cheese and both were decent but a little too rich in flavor to finish. The Mac and cheese could certainly be shared. Kids meals are $9.00 which is steep in my opinion but you get a decent portion of food and an ice cream cup. Two of my boys easily share one order of the kids chicken strips. Go check out this local little spin on a Dave...

I was not impressed with my first t visit at your casino on November12th 2021 arriving at 930pm from out of state I have been to 40 casino's in my life so far and was not greeted upon entry, most of your staff that evening were like they were not interested in their jobs. Very cold atmosphere and your female guest service attendant was not happy to be there no smile I'll bet she put my pin in wrong as I was done in 5 mins . .I received a players card and I couldn't use your free $5 ( Wow how generous) i received more from Potawatom casino for $ 50 my first time there years ago and they do that still today, and more to people that come from out of state ) as the pin was not entered correctly. My son got a card as well and his didn't work as well. If you expect people to spend hundreds of dollars. Which we did you need to do more to make your casino inviting I will go to your competition 15 mins away...

First time to the Q, went to eat at the Island Social side of the facility. Fairly informal space which you would expect for the venue being tied to a casino, but it was a nice atmosphere with a large area of seating surrounding a central bar. The menu was diverse, something for everyone actually, from mac and cheese variations, sandwiches and wraps to hanger steaks. Chose an appetizer of 6 deviled eggs with bacon, sun-dried tomatoes and parsley, and they did them up right. Decided on a "Black Garlic Caesar Salad" with chicken and a skewer of shrimp and a breadstick for the main dish. Totally delicious, enjoyed every bite. Service was average, a little bit of a wait but they were busy. Nothing much else to say other than they will see us again!

Another year of Rockin it out at the the Back Waters Stage. The Black Moods are a new favorite! Autograph and Skid Row rocked! Always a good time. Some times we walk away with more in our pockets than we came with. Some times we leave with empty pockets. Lol But either way we always leave having had a good time! We also attend concerts here. Rocked with HeadEast inside. Outside we rocked with Ratt, Warrant, and one of our new favorite bands Badlands House Band! Both venues are great! Keep bringing us the big name rockers from the past, we love it!!
