McQuade Small Craft Harbor — Attraction in Duluth Township

Wooooowwwwwwwww... What a place man... Chanceless... My recent trip to Duluth was like O....M....G.... this place was a rare find... We went on a morning drive along the lake superior and found this exceptional spot... We parked our car at a place opposite to this site and went close to the river through a subway... God. .. the sun was rising the river was like a ocean with mid level waves crashing along the coast... There was this Gazebo in which we spent some quality time... Overall I am spellbound to express this place in words... One of a kind experience on my first trip to...

Impressive boat harbor! Safe parking across the highway via tunnel with restrooms. On a windy day, the best part is watching the kids getting wet as the waves break!

The views are spectacular, especially with good binoculars.

There are a couple benches to use, and a gazebo with site information. It was impressively clean when I visited this fall, too. What a great place to people-watch and stretch your legs! My dog also loved it.

Please pick up after your dogs and use the trash facilities to keep this winning...

This is a great place to stop and walk around along the North Shore of Lake Superior.

You can access the lakeside from the parking lot by going through a tunnel so you don't have to worry about dealing with the traffic on the road.

It is a nice and peaceful place to sit by the lakeside and relax. It would also be a good spot for a picnic or just t hang out with the family or friends and play...
