My kiddos love the "Rock Beach" as they call it! It's a small hidden gem, tucked back away from the road. Street parking is on 42nd Ave, there's not much parking, but it's a small beach. It's a short walk along a dirt path, then a bit of a precarious climb to get down to the actual beach. When the lake is lower and less choppy this is the PERFECT place for skipping (or just throwing) rocks. There are a few large rocks perfect for sunbathing in the summer and lots of small rocks for collecting, throwing, and skipping.

I love just about anywhere that's along Lake Superior. This beach is nice but it is crowded often and there isn't a lot of parking spots available. It's inconvenient to wait for the traffic on London road before your able to...

42nd Ave East Park is a small green space at the end of 42nd Ave with a rock beach. There's limited parking on 42nd Ave and a foot bath to get down to the water. This is a popular summer...
