My review is for the website and online shopping! Two weeks I am staying on the computer 30 min before the store open to order milk but there is some problem. Option for buying milk is opening for a few seconds and that's understandable but when I am adding some quantity of milk in my basket and go to checkout my chosen quantity of milk is missing. Looks like someone else is taking from my basket and this happening for a few seconds around two weeks every day! I have a lot of experience with online shopping but never see something like this before. The website doesn't keep your quantity to pay it. I never liked the organization of selling there but before they start selling milk only online I waited between hour and a half - two hours in the front of the store to buy milk for my child I had some chance to buy, now after all my trying around two weeks, the chance is 0 and lost time!!! Also they have a good meat, good eggs, good bread and more other good products, everything is very expensive but the quality is good. I know that the milk which they provide is limited and not enough for the all clients but this online shopping is absolutely not OK and I suppose the website is very unprofessional made! I'm sorry but that's the reality ... no chance to buy milk online, no milk for walk-in customers, no more milk for my child :( Unfortunately looks like I will not gonna go there anymore and this is big disappointment for me...
Read moreThe products I have bought in my few trips to the store have been top notch. But, my last experience has left me troubled and perplexed. The store is exceptionally tiny. Yet, none of the store staff wore masks in an effort to protect customers during this Covid pandemic. Also, 3 customers and 2 staff were in the store simultaneously, making it impossible to keep a safe distance. They are limiting the customers to 5 at a time, which would leave, what, a 1-2 foot distance between us at best? When I asked, I was told that they were doing what they felt was best to protect THEIR health. Obviously, they feel masks are unnecessary. This flies in the face of all current medical understanding and advice surrounding the virus. What would it hurt to wear a mask, just in case your personal medically-unsubstantiated opinion was wrong? They are sharing close space with dozens of peoole daily, and so are at risk of exposure themselves, but also of transmitting whatever they pick up from others. I find their disregard for the health of their customers, and insistence on their personal rights to be irresponsible, unkind and dangerous. I spoke with the manager today, who was more than willing to kindly listen. But, she left me with little hope that anything will change. Poor decisions that could cost lives. I won't be going back. I would give them 5 stars for their great products but as a business owner myself, I know customer service is EVERYTHING no matter how good of a product or service is. I wanted to be a new loyal customer for my family and homestead but after visiting the store for the first time yesterday, I was in disbelief and left with a knot in my stomach after the way my family and I were treated! They were so rude and kept saying harsh remarks to us, not one smile either. I thought maybe it was because they were a bit busy but then I saw how nice and welcoming they were to everyone else there and she tried to skip us to attend others behind us! The only difference between us and everyone else was obvious and clear... COLOR/RACE! It is so sad that in 2024 we still have to deal with this REALLY?? I will make sure not to ever give my hard earned money to this company ever again and instantly unfollow them on social media. I will also make sure I share this on all my platforms. God is good and he sees this and I know He will guide me to a right farm that will fit my needs and without discriminating me...
