I love this place. So many memories through the years. Birthdays and it is right behind our house. This place is calm, green and full of wonder. I wish they would stop spraying the weeds and become an organic park like the many in Dubuque. But they are a bit behind the times in that area. People don't want to be poisoned anymore. That's why organic parks are flourishing in other places. Advertise that it's organic and people will come from all over. We see it everywhere we go. Huge following for that, and they spread the word!!! Stop dropping poison!!! It's so beautiful the way it is. Let the dandelions grow....

There are placards that provide details on the burial mounds as well as other historical information.
