It's getting a bit old, but it is still in good condition. Scene in the mornings is pretty relaxed with some younger kids. Can get really crowded in the afternoon and weekends.
Bowl is good with lots of carve-able lines and the pool is in really good shape. Two really good hips (one steep and one mellow) that are great for learning tricks. Curved fun box is a bit high to act as a manny pad for learning tricks. Rails are pretty mellow and not too high. Only thing missing is a flat bar.
There are bathrooms and a small shop (not sure if they are still selling drinks, snacks, and ice cream during Covid). Generally clean and safe, plus there is a nice park with paved trail if you just want to cruise...

We have been there 6 times and every time we have gone there, the teenagers have taken over the park. There is zero supervision and the kids are smoking marijuana,vaping, cursing loudly, and drug deals. The teenagers do not respect social distancing protocols. either. And they will tell you it's because of the city. I worked with the last owner, he was charging parents prices mine could never have afforded, but I only saw a small fraction of it.
You can charge 5$ for an energy drink, 4$ for a bottled drink, sure ..
But don't scalp water. I knew a kid growing up who, ofcourse wanted to save his little dollars anyways he could, but we lived in Florida and he didn't want to pay for drinks and stuff
