This station and museum is a rare gem. I stopped by with my family to see Durand Union Station and had absolutely no idea how fantastic a history this place has. We were impressed by the grandeur of the building and fascinated by the rich and busy history of the building. We will definitely return when we have more time. Anyone with even the slightest penchant for history will enjoy the time spent here. This is a great train station for railfanning and railroad enthusiasts great service friendly staff ive rode the blue water 365 Amtrak train multiple times here from here to Chicago I definitely recommend visiting this place great depot with the lines being the CN flint subdivision and the CN Holly subdivision the flint subdivision runs from port Huron, mi to Battle Creek mi and the Holly subdivision runs from Durand mi to Detroit Michigan this railroad town gets over 50 trains per day the railroads that run through here are GLC CN AMTRAK & HURON & EASTERN I rate this depot 5.0 stars...
